1. Organiser
Hintermann Hospitality Partners, Ruedi Hintermann, Seestrasse 37, 8806 Bäch, Switzerland. E-mail: ruedi@hh-partners.com · Phone: +41 76 561 86 64.
The organiser provides the boat, the captain, the hostess, accommodation on board and full board, and is responsible for safety on board. The programme of the week is led by the programme partner as part of the services booked from the organiser.
2. What you book
A place on board a Saona 47 catamaran with four guest cabins, for the week from Saturday 28 November 2026 to Saturday 5 December 2026 in the Saronic Gulf, starting and ending at Marina Alimos, Athens. The boat spends the last night in Marina Alimos.
The meeting point is Restaurant Edem at the entrance of Marina Alimos on Saturday 28 November 2026, between 13:00 and 15:00. The group consists of at least five and at most eight guests. The programme is held in German.
3. Price and services
EUR 2,940 per person for a place in a shared double cabin. Guaranteed single occupancy of a cabin: EUR 900 supplement, subject to a cabin being free. Prices are per person for the whole week.
Included: seven nights on board, full board on board, two dinners ashore, captain and hostess, fuel, harbour and anchorage fees, bed linen and towels, two stand-up paddle boards on board and the programme partner's programme throughout the week.
Not included: travel to and from Athens, overnight stays before or after the week, optional shore excursions, drinks ashore outside the two dinners, travel and cancellation insurance, and personal expenses.
4. Booking and payment
Requests are made via the form on the week page. A booking becomes binding when the deposit is received.
Deposit: 50 per cent, i.e. EUR 1,470 (EUR 1,920 with single occupancy), due within three days of the organiser's reply.
Balance: due no later than three days after the final confirmation of the group to the participants.
Payment is made by bank transfer in euros. Until the group is confirmed, deposits are held in a separate account and are not used.
5. Confirmation of the group
The cut-off date is 18 November 2026. As soon as at least five deposits have been received by the cut-off date, the week is confirmed to all participants in writing and the boat is booked firmly.
If the group has not come together by the cut-off date, the week is cancelled and everything paid is refunded in full and without deduction within ten days. The same applies if the boat is no longer available on the cut-off date.
6. Cancellation by participants
Until the written confirmation of the week, and no later than the cut-off date of 18 November 2026, participants may withdraw at any time; the deposit is refunded less a handling fee of EUR 100.
From the written confirmation onwards, the boat and services are firmly booked; participants who withdraw after that owe the full amount. Up to three days before departure, participants may name a replacement person. If that person takes over the place, the amount paid is refunded less a handling fee of EUR 100.
Cancellation and travel insurance is recommended.
7. Cancellation or changes by the organiser
The organiser may cancel the week for reasons of safety, weather, a technical defect of the boat or unavailability of the captain or the programme partner. In this case everything paid is refunded in full.
If the week is broken off after departure for reasons of safety, the share of the days not sailed is refunded. Travel costs and personal expenses are not reimbursed.
8. Programme and route
The proposed route is a guide, not a commitment. The captain decides daily on route, harbours and anchorages according to weather, sea state and safety; every evening there is a briefing for the next day. At the end of November, cooler evenings and some days with wind or rain are to be expected in the Saronic Gulf.
No particular island or destination is guaranteed. The programme partner's programme — movement, yoga, breath and meditation — takes place mostly on board and adapts to the conditions. It is not a medical, physiotherapeutic or osteopathic treatment and does not replace one. Exercises involving touch are voluntary; every participant may decline or stop them at any time. Participation in the programme is at each person's own responsibility; everyone respects their own limits.
9. Safety on board
The captain is responsible for boat and crew; his instructions are binding for everyone on board.
A safety briefing takes place at the start of the week. There is no sailing at night, and sailing time is normally no more than six hours a day. Participants take part in activities in the water on their own responsibility.
10. Cabins and allocation
The boat has four guest cabins with a double bed. Couples and people booking together share a cabin. Who shares a cabin with whom is agreed together on the first evening on board, and a cabin is only shared with a guest of the same gender. Anyone who wants a cabin to themselves books guaranteed single occupancy for a EUR 900 supplement.
If a booking can no longer be accommodated because of this rule, it is not confirmed and the deposit is refunded in full. Anyone who sleeps alone in a cabin because of the allocation, without having asked for it, pays no supplement.
11. Participants' obligations
Participants need a valid travel document. On the “Guest details” page, they state their date of birth and an emergency contact. A copy of the travel document for the crew list required in Greece is requested by e-mail only after the group has been confirmed.
Dietary restrictions and intolerances are stated on the “Guest details” page so that the crew can take them into account on board. Participants confirm that their state of health allows a week on board and taking part in movement, yoga and breathing exercises, and that they can swim. Health matters relevant to the programme — such as injuries, operations, pain in the musculoskeletal system, pregnancy, a condition of the heart, circulation or airways, or ongoing treatment — are indicated with Yes in the form; the programme partner discusses them confidentially with the participant within three days. If participation cannot then be justified, the booking is dissolved and everything paid is refunded in full.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. The rules on board and the captain's instructions must be followed.
12. Liability
The organiser is liable for the proper performance of all services booked under these terms, including the programme partner's programme. Travel to and from Athens is not part of the booking; the organiser is not liable for delays or cancellations of flights. The organiser is not liable where a failure is due to the participant, for example by disregarding safety instructions or withholding health matters, to an unforeseeable or unavoidable failure of a third party not involved in providing the booked services, or to force majeure (section 14). Liability for personal injury is not limited. For other damage, liability is limited to twice the price of the booking, except where the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Valuables and personal belongings remain the participant's responsibility unless the organiser caused the damage.
13. Personal data
The data collected in the request and on the “Guest details” page — name, contact details, date of birth, emergency contact, dietary restrictions and intolerances — and later the details of the travel document are used exclusively to organise the week: crew list, catering on board, preparing the programme and communication with participants.
The indication whether health matters need to be discussed is processed only with the participant's express consent and passed on only to the programme partner; the captain learns only what is necessary for safety on board. The other data go only to the boat's charter operator, the crew, the harbour authority for the crew list, and name and contact details to the programme partner. All data are kept only as long as necessary for organisation and accounting.
14. Force majeure
If events beyond the organiser's control — extreme weather, orders by the authorities, political events — make it impossible to hold the week, the amounts not used are refunded. Further claims are excluded.
15. Applicable law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Bäch SZ, the registered office of the organiser. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the participant's country of residence remain reserved.
